Do you do minor repairs?

Our work focuses on full replacements, redecking, and footprint expansions. But if you’re unsure what your deck actually needs, we’ll come out and take a proper look at no charge. We’ll give you a straight answer either way.

How long does a full replacement take?

Most projects wrap up in one to three days. Smaller decks (a 10×10 or 12×12) can often be finished in a single day. Concrete footers need time to cure properly, which is the main reason some builds run a little longer. We handle all the prep work in advance so the crew can move efficiently once they’re on-site.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes, every build comes with a standard 3-year workmanship warranty. For pressure-treated wood projects, we occasionally extend that to five years. We’ll let you know where your specific project stands before starting any work.

How do I know if my deck needs a full replacement?

That’s exactly what our free assessment is for. Surface rot doesn’t always mean a full rebuild, but it can be a sign of more serious structural damage. We look at the framing, posts, and ledger board and tell you what we find.

What materials do you work with?

We offer tiered packages: pressure-treated wood, mid-range composites, and premium options from Trex, TimberTech, and Deckorators. During the consultation, we walk you through each option so you can make a decision that fits your home and your budget.

Is there a minimum project cost?

Our minimum is $5,000 across all projects. Most residential replacements go beyond that, but it’s worth knowing before you reach out.
