Hi, I’m Jose Martinez, owner of ProDeck Builders Nashville. I’ve been a carpenter my whole life, and early on, I worked in environments where the culture was toxic, communication was poor, and clients were an afterthought. I knew there had to be a better way.
So in 2020, I built one.
